It’s scary to feel the way that you might right now. Or the way you have in the past. Or the way you fear you will in the future. It’s scary to not know - that’s really one of the hardest parts.

Over the past three years I’ve collected a series of comics, art, and writing that document my experience living with and learning about OCD. From ERP therapy to learning to lean on the people around me, I’m excited to share my journey with you.
